Cancellation Policy

🕒 Arrival Policy Please arrive 10–20 minutes early to check in and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. 💈 Appointment Wait Time Even with an appointment, there may occasionally be a 10–20 min wait if a previous service runs longer. We appreciate your patience and promise to take great care of you. 📞 Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call and leave a voicemail at least 3 hours in advance. No fee will be charged with proper notice. Missed appointments without notice will result in a $15–$20 fee added to your next visit. 💵Payments Payment is required prior to the start of the haircut service. We appreciate your cooperation in being prepared upon arrival. We accept cash and credit cards.
