🕒 Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 15–20minutes before your appointment to check in and prepare for your service.

• If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time or day (that sometimes happen, not always).

💈 Appointment Wait Time

Even if you have an appointment, there may occasionally be a short wait of 15-20minutes. This can happen when previous services take longer than expected.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding — we promise to take great care of you as soon as possible.

📞 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

We understand that plans can change.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 3 hours in advance by calling us or leaving a voicemail.

• No fee will be charged if you contact us within that time frame.

• If you miss your appointment without canceling, a 15–35 fee will be added to your next haircut.
