Whether you work afternoon shifts or have a busy schedule later in the day, we offer you the perfect opportunity to visit us in the morning. Even if it’s the last minute, we do our best to accommodate you, because your time matters to us. 🕒 Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 10–15minutes before your appointment to check in and prepare for your service.

• If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time or day  (That sometimes happens, but not always).

💈 Appointment Wait Time

Even if you have an appointment, there may occasionally be a short wait of 10-20minutes. This can happen when previous services take longer than expected (That sometimes happens, but not always).

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding — we promise to take great care of you as soon as possible.

📞 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

We understand that plans can change.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 3 hours in advance by calling us and leaving a voicemail.

• No fee will be charged if you contact us within that time frame.

• If you miss your appointment without canceling15–20 dollars a fee will be added to your next haircut. While we typically do not charge this fee, please be respectful of our policy to avoid it

We take pride in providing high-quality service to every client. Please understand that on rare occasions, we may run slightly behind schedule due to short staffing or longer service times. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, and to maintain the positive environment we strive to uphold, Legend Barber Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone showing aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward our team or other clients.
