Cancellation Policy

🕒 Arrival Policy Please arrive 15–20minutes before your appointment to check in and prepare for your service. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time or day (that sometimes happen, not always). 💈 Appointment Wait Time Even if you have an appointment, there may occasionally be a short wait of 15-20minutes. This can happen when previous services take longer than expected. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding — we promise to take great care of you as soon as possible. 📞 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule,please do so at least 3 hours in advance by calling us or leaving a voicemail. No fee will be charged if you contact us within that time frame.
